- Choose your spa and book the experience that suits you.
- Ask reception to confirm your participation in SpaTreats Rewards. Always use the same Fresha client profile.
- Earn points on eligible purchases recorded in Fresha. Check your wallet and confirm your benefit before your next booking.
For example: an eligible €80 experience earns 800 points. Add 200 points for Fresha feedback to reach 1,000 points and unlock Wellness for a future eligible treatment.
Good to know
Do I need to stay at the hotel?
You can take part as an external client. Treatment availability and access to pools, saunas or other facilities depend on the spa and the experience you choose. Check the spa page before booking.
How do I use my benefits?
Benefits unlock when you reach each tier and are single use. Choose an available benefit in your Fresha wallet and confirm its application with reception. The extra 15 minutes require advance confirmation and therapist availability; they are not a standalone appointment.
Do purchases at spatreats.me also earn points?
Shopify purchases, including vouchers, do not automatically earn Fresha points. Earning depends on an eligible sale recorded in Fresha. When redeeming a voucher, ask reception to confirm the treatment and the applicable rules.
Do points and tiers expire?
Tier progress follows the calendar-year cycle configured in Fresha. Check your wallet for point and benefit expiry. A tier is not cash or automatic Shopify credit.
What feedback earns the 200 points?
Post-visit feedback requested through Fresha, regardless of rating. Please share your honest experience. This benefit does not apply to Google reviews.
Programme conditions
Earn 10 points per €1 on eligible completed Fresha sales, including tax; gift-card purchases and service charges are excluded. Single-use benefits upon tier achievement: Wellness, 15 extra minutes with a paid treatment of at least €60; Premium, a €15 service discount on a booking of at least €75; VIP, a €25 service discount on a booking of at least €100. One benefit per visit, with no combination with promotions. Extra time requires advance confirmation and availability. No cash equivalent. Check your Fresha wallet and ask reception before booking.
Visiting on holiday? You can also earn points during your stay and check available benefits for another visit, subject to the same conditions and spa availability.
