Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the SpaTreats website, as well as the acquisition of spa and wellness services provided by Abel Santos Correia Unipessoal Lda, with VAT number 516891472.

The use of the website and the making of reservations imply the user's full acceptance of these terms.

Service reservations are always subject to availability and are only considered confirmed after validation by SpaTreats, and in certain cases, advance payment may be required. SpaTreats reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations in exceptional situations, namely for operational reasons.

Regarding cancellations, the user may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made outside this period, as well as no-shows, may result in the total loss of the amount paid, unless expressly communicated otherwise.

Vouchers purchased generally have a validity of 12 months from the date of issue and are not refundable in cash, except in cases provided for in applicable law. Their use is always subject to the availability of services and the presentation of the respective proof.

Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, concerning distance contracts, the consumer has a right of free termination within 14 days. However, this right may not apply to services whose execution is scheduled for a specific date with the consumer's consent.

Payments are processed through duly certified external entities, and SpaTreats does not have direct access to the complete data of the payment methods used.

The user undertakes to provide true and complete information, particularly regarding health conditions that may influence the provision of services. SpaTreats cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the omission or inaccuracy of such information.

The company reserves the right to change services, prices and conditions, as well as to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

In case of dispute, Portuguese law applies, and the consumer may resort to alternative dispute resolution entities, namely the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center.
